Company History J.T. Parker & Associates, L.L.C. is a continuation of Homer E. Sanders Insurance Claims Service, which started in Dallas in 1933. The business was purchased by John T. Parker in 1946 and assumed the name of John T. Parker Claims Service. It continued under that name until January 1, 2002, when the name changed to J.T. Parker & Associates, L.L.C. David Peeler joined John T. Parker Claims Services in 1975. Mr. Parker retired in March of 1985, and Mr. Peeler continued the business expanding its territory, services, and professional reputation as President of the firm. Brent Savage joined the firm in 1996 to establish and lead our marketing efforts. His responsibilities expanded into many aspects of the business until he became Vice-President of Parker and Associates in June 2006. Mr. Peeler retired in June of 2008, and Mr. Savage was selected to assume management of the firm as President of Parker and Associates. Mr. Peeler remains actively involved with Parker and Associates on a consulting basis. Our corporate headquarters are located at 1341 W. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 300 W, Dallas, Texas 75247, PH 214-631-1000; FAX 214-631-3700. Our firm has expanded and we now have offices operating in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Amarillo. Affiliated offices owned by Steve Jackson and Tom Visage operate in Houston, Beaumont, Longview, Tyler, Corpus Christi, and Harlingen, Texas, as well as Shreveport, Louisiana. These offices operate under the name of John T. Parker Claims Service. In 1989 the business was expanded from simply handling field-adjusting work to providing claims management and TPA services. These services are offered for all-lines and provided throughout the United States.
